Blind Assessment: Sweet-toned, balanced, quietly complete cup. Gently pungent acidity, silky mouthfeel. Tight-knit complexity: suggestions of nut, flowers, stone fruit, chocolate, lemon. Tightens a bit in a still sweet finish.
Who should drink it: Those who value subtlety rather than drama. Take this naturally sweet coffee black.
